Art is about creativity but it is also about carving out that time for your wellbeing - to immerse yourself in the process, to play and to express yourself.

Join Jo Brazil, artist and art therapist, for a 4 week course where you will have two and a half hours each week to create space, gain support to unwind, to create and to connect with other like-minded individuals.

The sessions will start with relaxation and meditation to ground yourself into your body and into the space. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the process of ‘unconscious’ creating - whereby you allow yourself to be guided by your intuition and lean into the creative calling in all our souls.

Jo will guide you through writing, talking and will facilitate your creative journey. This series of sessions is not outcome focused but a chance to intuitively create, share and connect. Jo is passionate about you finding your inner voice and being the ‘hero’ in your own life story.

These sessions are designed with women in mind, however are open to anyone 18+.

*Please note that these are not psychology session. If any issues require more support, Jo will provide link to appropriate services.

About Jo

Jo has worked over many years commercially as a graphic designer textile artist. About 15 yrs ago she realised the power of creativity to heal the soul/psyche while facing particularly challenging personal health issues.

In 2010 she retrained and qualified as a Transpersonal Art Therapist at Ikon Institute. She is now focused on the art process as a healing experience - for herself and for her clients - transformation is made possible.

Her work can be described as ‘abstract expressionist’. Her style is immediate, colourful and bold. These are the landscapes of her heart and soul.
