Clae Space is a community-focused pottery and creative studio offering classes, workshops, memberships, and firing services. By booking the Kid’s Birthday Party session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

Payment

A 50% deposit is due upon booking to hold your date. Remainder is due 7 days prior upon confirmation of numbers. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 7 days of the event date. Rescheduling closer to the date is at the discretion of Clae Space.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund of the deposit minus a $150 admin fee.

No refund is issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date. Our preference is to work to reschedule a party should anything come up.

Food, drinks & decorations

External food and drinks may be brought into the studio for parties. We have a kitchenette and a small fridge available for storage.

Party bookings allow you to come in up to 20 minutes before hand to set up a food table.

We also have a list of some wonderful local suppliers should you wish to order food to be dropped off - please email us at hello@claespace.com

Please bring your own plates, napkins, cups and cutlery, including a knife and lighter for cake and candles. We can supply glass water jugs. We have a tea and coffee station available with milk and sugar for any parents staying.
