Drop In Sessions
New in 2024 are Drop In Sessions!
If you have already done a Term course with us or are happy to work independently, we'd love to have you come to a Drop In Session! During this time you can either expand the work you're doing in your Course or continue to build your skills on a casual basis.
No bookings required and space is available on a first come, first served basis! Wheel availability is based on whether there is a class running and the number of students.
Please note, everyone is required to do an induction prior to starting.
Times: Fridays starting February 16th from 10:30am - 2:30pm
Cost: $50
What's included:
- All tools and aprons
- Storage of your pieces for 4 weeks
- Reclaim clay and reclaiming of your clay
- Bisque firing
- Our glazes and underglazes
Extras:
- Glaze firing service at $12/kg **note that we only fire to stoneware temperatures
- 10kg bags of stoneware clay $20/bag (other clay available upon request)
- Please note: If you bring your own clay, a member of our team will need to see the label to ensure that it is suitable to fire to stoneware temperatures.
- If you use other glazes, a staff member will need to sight them prior to firing and a kiln waiver will need to be signed.
