Cancellation / Refund Policy

We have a 7 day cancellation policy for all workshops / courses with a full refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled workshop / course starting we are unable to refund you as it can be hard to fill spaces last minute.

For one off workshops we are happy to transfer you to a future date up to 72hrs before your booked workshop if the workshop is recurring. If the workshop is not recurring, we are happy to give you a credit for the workshop to be used at a future workshop.

There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS after 72hrs before your scheduled session.

Minimum Number of Participants 

Please note that we need a minimum of 5 people to run our courses & workshops, if we don't meet the minimum bookings we will either refund your ticket or transfer you to the next available date.

For our collaboration workshops, we need a minimum of 10 people to run the workshop.

Makeup classes

If we can fit you into another session we will but this can't be guaranteed due to small class sizes.

Creative Children's Workshops

All our teachers and staff have Working with Children Checks and most are parents themselves so understand the creative needs of children and how to help them achieve their creative dreams.

Please make sure all children bring a water bottle with them, snacks if they need them during the workshop times and let us know if your child has any specific needs.

We do not provide food and drinks at the children's workshops in case of allergies.

There are a couple of lovely cafes near the studio. Soul is a 1 min walk from the studio and Miner’s Gold is a 1 min drive. Both are great stops for a relaxing coffee and nibble whist your children get creative.

What to bring

For all courses and workshops we ask you to wear clothes you don't mind getting messy in or an apron and short nails are best when working with clay, although this isn't a requirement. 

A water bottle is also recommended although we do have tea and coffee facilities and a small kitchen to refill your water in. 

Private parties

We love to host events here at Clae Space and have a selection of workshop offerings for you to choose from. 

We can also cater for your event with a delicious sharing platters, bubbles and drinks.

Collection of work

For creative one off workshops please allow 3-4 weeks for us to fire your creations, we will email you when it's ready to collect and if are visiting from out of town we are happy to post it to you for a small fee of $15.

For all short courses, your creations will be ready 2-3 weeks after the last session to collect from our studio.

Parking

There is ample off street parking just up the ramp for our studio space.

Please be mindful of other businesses within the complex and do not park in front of any of the other building entrances.
